Case Study: Nila Cares
Objective:
Nila Cares asked us to build trust and drive enquiries among UK, Canada and Australia based NRIs exploring reliable elder care support in India. The category is credibility-sensitive, so the goal was to show how care actually works and not just say it does, across English, Hindi and Punjabi.
Approach:
We shaped an insight-led plan focused on proof and language. Working with creators who share the NRI life stage, we produced authentic stories and explainers that demonstrated the care workflow. Content was transcreated (not just translated) into Hindi and Punjabi.
Results:
The work secured stakeholder confidence and reset how the brand communicates in this space. Creators became credible advocates, the trust content was adopted across paid, earned and owned channels, and language-right assets now sit at the heart of the journey from first touch to booked call.
Vaisakhi in Hounslow: A Bhangra Flashmob for TapTap Send
TapTap Send partnered with Social Media Connect to create a culturally resonant moment for Vaisakhi 2024 that would spark joy, community pride and social sharin, while giving the brand a warm, local presence beyond standard ads.
Approach:
We designed and produced a bhangra flashmob in a high-footfall South Asian hub: a major shopping centre in Hounslow. Our team sourced and cast professional bhangra dancers, secured location permissions and schedules, coordinated camera crew, sound, and on-site logistics. Ahead of the activation, we aligned with centre management and retailers, briefed security, and set a simple audience path so families could gather safely. On the day, we executed a tight, high energy routine with creator friendly vantage points
Results:
The flashmob created an authentic Vaisakhi moment which included music, dance and community energy that matched the location and audience. Shoppers stopped, filmed, and shared; centre partners welcomed the celebration; and Taptap Send gained a set of culturally right assets that travelled across social, reinforcing the brand as present, respectful and joyful at a key festival.
